This policy explains what information Block Burst may process when you play the game, use the leaderboard, change settings, contact the site, view analytics, or—if enabled in the future—see advertising.

Game and leaderboard data

You can play without creating an account. If your score qualifies for the leaderboard and you choose to submit it, Block Burst stores the name or username you enter, your score, and a submission timestamp in Cloudflare D1. Avoid entering sensitive personal information as your leaderboard name.

Device settings

The game uses browser local storage to remember certain preferences and game information on your device, such as sound-effects volume, personal best scores, and a previously entered leaderboard name. This information is stored in your browser unless you submit information to the online leaderboard.

Cloudflare services and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary network and request information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, aggregated website usage and performance information may also be collected to understand traffic and improve the game.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, the message and any optional name or reply email you provide are stored so the site owner can review and respond to feedback or support requests. Do not include sensitive information.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Block Burst may display advertising in the future. If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Where required, consent choices will be presented before advertising cookies or identifiers are used.

Users can manage personalized-ad preferences through Google's Ads Settings. Additional choices may be available through industry opt-out tools depending on location.

Children

Block Burst is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal contact information if you are not permitted to do so.

Data retention and changes

Leaderboard scores may remain stored to preserve historical rankings. Contact messages may be retained as needed for support. This policy may be updated as the site adds analytics, advertising, or other features.
